My experience
With over fourteen years of experience in accountancy, I have built broad expertise within the external audit practice, serving clients across both the profit and non profit sectors. Driven by my interest in internal control and my motivation to support socially engaged organisations, I work at Vinario as a chartered accountant, adviser and trusted sparring partner.
In this role, I support organisations in designing and strengthening risk management frameworks, internal audit functions and the positioning of the Internal Control Function. I also guide clients through the external audit process and contribute to the optimisation of financial processes.
I draw daily energy from understanding people and organisations. I am genuinely curious about the motivation behind decisions, or the absence of them, and use these insights to help organisations change in a focused and sustainable way.
