My experience
At Vinario, I support organisations with financial challenges related to spend analysis and compliance, with a strong focus on European public procurement. I help clients gain insight into their expenditure and translate these insights into tangible improvements in processes and governance, for example by strengthening financial control and developing clear, meaningful dashboards.
I have gained experience across a wide range of public sector organisations, including local authorities and autonomous administrative bodies. As a result, I am well versed in issues surrounding legality, accountability and process design within this environment. In addition, my background in audit at Deloitte has given me a sharp eye for structure, reliability and robustness.
What energises me most is making processes smarter and more efficient through automation and AI. Automating repetitive tasks creates room for analysis and prevention, rather than manual data processing.
