My experience
With a background in business administration, I take a broad view of organisations and the interaction between processes, control and people. I studied Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam and am currently completing the MSc Auditing Studies as part of my training to become a Registered Operational Auditor (RO).
At Vinario, I focus on financial processes, the Three Lines Model and the execution of Internal Control. I am particularly motivated by supporting public and non profit organisations that play a direct role in society. The combination of analytical depth and social relevance gives me a great deal of energy.

For me, fresh means approaching challenges with an open and curious mindset. Even when processes or situations are familiar, I believe it is important to remain observant and to question existing assumptions.
This fresh perspective helps me stay creative and critical in my work. Rather than focusing solely on how things are currently organised, I look at how they can be made clearer, smarter or more effectively, contributing to solutions that are both innovative and practical.
