My experience
I began my professional career at RSM in the audit practice, where I spent three years at the Rotterdam office, specifically serving clients in the profit sector. After this foundational period, I transitioned to Alfa Accountants in Naaldwijk, where I worked for two years, further expanding my expertise within the profit sector. During this time, I successfully completed my Master’s degree in Accountancy at Nyenrode Business University. Balancing both work and academic pursuits provided invaluable insights into external reporting, internal control systems, communication skills, team leadership and coaching, as well as collaborative dynamics within teams.
Alongside my professional growth, I developed a keen interest in CrossFit and cycling, both of which necessitated a high degree of structure and intentional planning within my personal life to sustain my energy levels. This disciplined approach, combined with my audit experience, underpins my commitment to supporting organizations effectively as a professional.
What I believe in
I regard communication as a fundamental pillar for successful collaboration. Within our field, teamwork is essential, as pooling distinct strengths and perspectives often yields superior outcomes compared to individual efforts. This principle strongly influenced my decision to join Vinario, an organization characterized by openness and a cohesive team dynamic that operates with unity.
What drives me
My motivation is rooted in analyzing complexities and collaborating to drive meaningful improvements. I am enthusiastic about bringing energy and insight to initiatives, working with others to deliver impactful results. I find inspiration in witnessing the growth of an organization driven by the collective commitment of a team, where each individual’s strengths are synergized. For me, this environment is ideal: inspiring others with my energy while advancing organizational objectives collaboratively.
