My experience
I began my career in the external audit practice within the profit sector at two accounting firms, where I built a strong foundation in external reporting and internal control. My Master’s degree in Accountancy from Nyenrode Business University supports my work on a daily basis.
At Vinario, I made the transition to organisations in the public sector, supporting them with designing and improving processes, strengthening internal control and guiding them through the external audit process. The combination of analytical challenges and collaboration with diverse stakeholders gives me a great deal of energy.
I am inspired by seeing how organisations develop through joint effort, bringing people together, sharing energy and improving organisations step by step.

Personal is central to my way of working. I believe that sustainable improvement can only be achieved when you truly understand what is happening within an organisation and among the people who work there.
