My experience
At Vinario, I work on a variety of assignments in the areas of strategy, processes and governance. I apply my background in business administration to create overview and identify connections within organisations. I have gained experience in both the healthcare sector and decentralised government, with a particular focus on process control and Internal Control.
I am energised by quickly understanding complex situations and translating them into concrete improvements. The combination of substantive challenges and collaboration with different stakeholders makes my work both varied and meaningful, while allowing me to continuously develop as a consultant.
