My experience
I started my career in the audit practice at Deloitte, where I focused on statutory audits within the public sector. I then developed further as an Advisory Manager, supporting organisations with complex challenges related to governance, legislation and the management of strategic and financial risks.
At Vinario, I help organisations strengthen risk management, internal control and internal and external accountability. This includes designing (risk) management frameworks, improving the planning & control cycle and translating strategic objectives into manageable processes. I lead teams and work closely with clients to create insight, strengthen ownership and ensure organisations are demonstrably ‘in control’.
I am energised by contributing to organisations with a societal mission and supporting them in achieving their objectives in an effective and responsible way.
