My experience
In the summer of 2023, I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. During my studies, I completed a valuable internship in the audit practice at Deloitte. Starting in July 2023, I joined Vinario with great enthusiasm. Vinario is a young and dynamic company with highly passionate and skilled colleagues, which immediately piqued my interest in this organization. My passion for strategic thinking and solving complex (financial) issues motivated me to work at Vinario. I am confident that I can successfully apply and further develop the skills I acquired during my education and internship at Deloitte at Vinario. Fostering teamwork in a work environment is of crucial importance to me, and I appreciate Vinario’s emphasis on collaborating with clients and colleagues. A crucial aspect that sets Vinario apart is their exclusive focus on and work for non-profit organizations. This is a significant advantage for me compared to other organizations because, as a socially engaged individual, I believe in contributing to positive change and the well-being of others. Working for non-profit organization provides the opportunity to play an active role in addressing urgent challenges that extend beyond personal satisfaction. I am excited about the opportunity I have been given to work at Vinario and leverage my expertise for a meaningful contribution to the community. The importance of working for non-profit organizations is a driving force behind my professional ambition, and I am determined to make a positive impact in my role at Vinario.
What I believe in
I believe in the positive influence individuals can have on the world around them. It is precisely because of this belief that I consider it essential for individuals to have a positive impact on our society to the best of their abilities. The awareness of the power of a single individual motivates me to actively contribute to positive changes and make a meaningful contribution to the world. Additionally, I am convinced that the power of collaboration is invaluable. A strong and well-functioning team can achieve much more collectively than individuals can on their own. By relying on each other’s unique skills and perspectives, we can create synergy and achieve goals that would otherwise be unattainable.
