My experience
My career began at Deloitte, where I gained various experiences as an assistant accountant in different organizations, particularly in the non-profit sector. I combined this role with my studies in accountancy at Nyenrode Business University. After two years, I decided to shift my focus to the business aspects of organizations, so I made the decision to study Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam. During both my bachelor’s and master’s studies, I concentrated on strategic and organizational aspects, international business, and gained some experience with digital technologies.
Despite my transition from accountancy to business administration, I’ve always been intrigued by how an organization’s financial figures provide insight into their current status and future. At Vinario, I will primarily focus on business and financial control, subsidy management, and data & innovation as a consultant.
What I believe in
I believe in strong teamwork, both internally and with involved external parties. With good relationships and communication, I am convinced that we can tackle challenges as effectively and sustainably as possible.
What drives me
Analyzing the entire organization, including processes and culture, and discovering how growth can be stimulated.
