My experience
During my Business Administration studies, I gained extensive knowledge of various business processes and financial management strategies. A project that I found particularly energizing was optimizing an administrative department. I loved doing this because I was able to significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes by identifying bottlenecks and streamlining workflows. At February 2024 I got the opportunity to further expand my knowledge at Vinario. My passion for personal development and my ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable way enable me to help not only myself but also others to grow. Additionally, I have developed a strong love for leading groups, stemming from my experience as a teacher.
What I believe in
I am a strong advocate for collaboration because I believe in its power. It gives me satisfaction to tackle complex challenges, knowing that we can accomplish them together. For me, effective communication and a proactive approach to finding solutions are not only crucial but also challenging. I strongly believe in the power of collaboration and how sharing knowledge and having a curious attitude can foster both my growth and that of others. I derive a lot of satisfaction from sharing what I know because I see how it contributes to strengthening our team as a cohesive unit. With good communication and a team-oriented approach, work becomes not only more enjoyable but also more effective. “Teamwork makes the dream work!”

What drives me and gives me energy is the continuous improvement of myself and contributing to the success of Vinario by applying my knowledge and skills. I strive to make a valuable contribution to our team and our clients by not only excelling in my work but also promoting positive and constructive collaboration!
