My experience
I have been working at Vinario since October 1, 2022. Before this, I was active in the public sector audit practice for almost 10 years, where I drew up the audit plan for many non-profit clients (semi-public government and NGOs) in close collaboration with the client. Getting to know the client, understanding the core of its activities, analysing the processes and figures, making the connection with the people behind the processes, realizing objectives and being able to take new steps every year: all this together is where I get the most energy from.
What I believe in
I believe that we as Vinario can be an extension of organizations to be able to make an impact in the necessary and formal preconditions and thus contribute to a more beautiful and more tolerant global society.
What drives me
Analysing complexities, working together on improvements and ultimately seeing an organization develop is what drives me in my work. The fact that this is possible within a team in which all the qualities of team members come together is the perfect combination for me.
