My experience
I started my career in the public sector audit practice at Deloitte. Here I focused on audits of organizations within the public domain. With 10 years of work experience in my pocket, I switched to the Advisory branch of Deloitte. As Advisory manager, I was responsible for the transition to new legislation and I contributed to the management of strategic and financial risks. In this role, I looked for innovative solutions and a standardization of the process. I now use my broad expertise within Vinario to help clients set up a (risk) management system that contributes to achieving strategic objectives.
What I believe in
I show enthusiasm and am approachable in my work and contact with others. I stand for a relationship-oriented approach with a focus on the social interest and creating internal support for changes.
What drives me
I get energy from bringing people along in new processes and showing them the benefits of risk management. Managing risks together to achieve strategic objectives, that’s what drives me!
