My experience
I gained extensive experience in the external audit practice at Deloitte, where I served a wide range of clients in the public and not for profit sectors. As a chartered accountant, I apply this expertise at Vinario in an advisory and supporting capacity.
I assist clients with designing risk management frameworks, optimising processes and associated internal controls, advising on subsidies, and setting up and executing Internal Control. I value working closely with clients to jointly determine the direction and approach of an assignment, ensuring that the right steps are taken to achieve a successful outcome.
I am energised when this collaboration results in solutions that genuinely help organisations progress.

For me, the core value skilled goes beyond theoretical knowledge. I believe advice should be both technically strong and practically applicable. The challenge lies in translating complex issues into clear solutions that truly work in practice.
That is why I pay particular attention to change management, identifying stakeholders, clearly communicating the need for change and demonstrating the benefits it will deliver.
