My experience
After more than 25 years in the accounting and advisory practice at Deloitte, I recently made the transition to the other side of the table. I am now leveraging my experience as an accountant and advisor in practical assignments within the broad field of internal control and organizational development. My focus remains on socially relevant organizations in the public sector. I bring my knowledge of risk management, controlling, process design, and process improvement to these endeavors. The collaboration with Vinario in the role of advisor provides me with the opportunity to share and develop knowledge alongside my assignments as an interim professional.
What I believe in
I believe in collaboration and knowledge sharing. A well-known saying is, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” This certainly applies to Vinario, a fantastic group of people with diverse knowledge and experience. The ability to combine and apply this expertise to meaningful assignments in the public sector is truly rewarding.
What drives me
What drives me is the connection between often challenging issues in Dutch society, the role that social and public organizations play, and the contribution I can make with my knowledge and experience in the field of business operations.
